Is there away of changing the backlights on my focus. The clock, radion and speedo ec have a green backlight and i was like somthing different. Blue or red maybe. If so, is it an easy job. Looks a nightmare even to get into/....

 

it's doable, but not really easy - some online shops offer ready conversions - waaaay too expensive but p&p

a lot of work of mine and a friend who did most of the "electric" work plus quite a few LEDs...

 

Hmmm, not easy then. Not too sure if you have seen the dash etc of the new focus's etc but the likes, dials etc look very tasty.

If i were to purchase the below, which is from an 08 model, would there be any reason to why i couldnt fit it to my 06 mk2 model. Would i need any additional sensors etc..

I bought blue led clock and air con buttons switchs on eBay. With the heater knobs, I changed them to blue LEDs my self. All you needed was new bulbs and just switch them over.

This was on a Mk1 Focus.
