Fiesta 1.3 Endura E aux belt issues
Hello peeps
I have replaced my coolant pump today, however when I have come to put on the new auxiliary belt I cannot get it to fit.
There just doesn't seem to be enough adjustment in the tensioning pulley, I have put the belt on all the pulleys apart from the tensioning pulley.
Am I doing it the wrong way?
Help

Is it a new belt ?, these can be awkward as very stiff, but I would recheck the route also, if having trouble leave off the largest pulley get as much slack on tensioner as you can and walk the belt on the largest pulley whilst turning engine slowly, a bit awkward and shouldn't be needed but worts.
