the current quickest fiesta over the quarter is the blue mk2 from blackpool, the fastest topspeed i think will be crazycages only as i think his box on a like for like rev gives a better top speed than luke's but haven't been tested yet and crazycage did a 5 second flat to 60 which is currently the best that i know of for cars that are still together and running, series 2 escort topspeed is oli from nms and thats all i know of top of my head, what happened to the stuff you had on ebay you keeping it now or did you get a good offer on the lot

ollies is an red s1, theres soo many cars out there being developed its hard to point which is quickest

 

the only way to find the answer to this would be for one of the mag's to hold a thrash!! and see who is the fastest on the day.

p-s mine is a fiesta rs turbo luca's isnt lol but i personally dont see it like that tho! if its fwd and ford then thats all that matters .none of this it isnt a RS or it's not got a CVH ect.

 

did performance ford do a daddy thrash this year / last year? isnt it normally about jan or feb time it comes out

 

I'd defoo be interested in a thrash would be a right laugh somebody should organise a passionford thrash

 

the problem with thrashes is that trying to get all the so called best cars together all at same time is hard as there prone to being fettled with on a regular basis and not all ready at same time, if classic was to use the full array of stuff available like red line last week we could have 0-60/quarter and top speed all at once in your run and settle it once and for all but not sure how hard this is to set up

i'd like to think my mk2 fiesta was quick enough to make it into the list of most powerful mk2's, but who really cares.

 

My ERST has done 0 to 150mph in 21.5 secs timed for Redline mag.
Thats the quickest ERST to 150mph

60ft 2.3 s
1/8 8.6s @94.86mph
1/4 12.73s @122mph

that was on 22psi

simon what was your 0-100 on that run for redline ??

 

I didnt launch and short shifted, wasnt looking to do 0 to 60 or 100 but still managed 10.2ish.(running Avon ZZR3's)

But my crail quarter mile time was 12.65 at 122mph
