Default cam belt

Can anyone give me some pointers on changing my cam belt on my 3 door? i have changed cam belts before on my rs 2000 and my turbo but any tips on doing my cosworth would be great..

Timing gears-remove and install

there are instructions for changing timing belt. you must use 9.5-10.5 timing belt tension, for correct tension. for that, you need special tool.

use special care when locking timing belt tensioning pulley. when not assemblyed correctly, your engine might be damaged.

i think you could do it, but you must use caution, when installing belt. and belt tension meter is pretty cheap too. you could do it whitout that tension meter, but i dont advise it.

well, im not from there, but Burton power sales one, for example. 75£ if i remember right. maybe you can get one cheaper from car tool sellers.
