I'll be heading up to APT for a session on their Dyno Dynamics rollers Friday morning at 11am to finally find out what I've managed to squeze out of my little 1.6cvh

Should be really interesting to see how and where it makes it's torque and bhp, and hear Gary and Christian's feedback too....
Although Gary will probably run and hide pretending he isnt there when he see's two RS Turbo's pulling up out the front! lol

Really looking forward to it!

Graph's will be posted when I return for everyone to have a peek at and my full spec too in case anyone doesnt know what it is already!

Just a power run for us all mate, APT wont touch Megasquirt or I would of had them map it in the first place........ But BTH I'm glad i've done it all myself now, learnt sooo much along the way

you should be aiming for around 220bhp, like you say anything else is a bonus and i'm sure you'll get a bit on top

 

you can get these clips that clamp down hire forces made by jls i think, got them on mine and it stopped the same problem i kept blowing hoses of too.

 

yeah i got t bolt clamps, just haven't done them tight enough, didn't want to distort pipes or cut hoses, it'll be mint
just changed from jubilee ones recently for that very reason.

p.s. found the receipt of the box and it was for Ł1209 meaning it is the stage 2+. Gona keep it now though I think and kill it, mtx to follow

 

could you not make one up mate. just get a standard rs box strip it and get the gears shot peened and get new big bearings and synchro's should be good enuf

Call power gears! i'm telling you, tell them your a mate of mine and they'll look after you. they can talk you through loads of options and can rebuild your BC to any spec.

Looking at the pictures of it now it's on 16s, I'm surprised it even got up the ramp onto the dyno
