heres mine, not the best pic to see it, but url get the idea, there's been a lot of talk about where you mount the injector, i.e. you should face it so it's aiming up the charge pipe towards the throttle body, but ive never had any problems with mine. And none of the tuners have ever told me to move it! Im runing the ERL MF2 driver. Its a staright forward job actually installing it, but get some one to map it for you!

yeah im goin for the MF2 one aswell! what made ya change from yellow injector to green?!

 

to get more fuel in there... i was running 200bhp on the yellow at 16psi, but I changed a few things i.e. near full rebuild, new pace front mout intercooler, bigger 48 exhaust housing turbo etc... Karl Norris who did the tune up for me recommend me to go for a green to get the fueling right for 240bhp.

So it all depends on what setup uve got and what you want to run, I wreckon a green would be a bit over kill for a 200bhp setup! Ive got my old yellow injector somewhere, if ur interested u can have it for a £10er, its working pefect and fit straight in the ERL mount you get with the kit.

I highly recommed the fifth injector, and is a must for a top bhp RS running a metering unit!

 

Where did you plug in to the fuel line, after the filter, or after the regulator?

 

been thinking about it myself how much for the hole kit buddy

 

the fuel line is plugged into the cold start fuel pipe on the top of the metering unit, you can just see it in the second picture!

Not sure on price, I wreckon its around £200ish

anyone know how many bhp the std metering unit can fuel

 

well i was running 201bhp @ fly thats without the now fitted piper cam,rad tec cooler,17psi!

But now running out of fuel! so need the 5th injector!

Why did you fit an extra injector, because a rolling road session revealed that the ke-jetronic was maxed out, or just to be on the safe side?

 

mine is showing that the ke is on the limit and to get any more i need more fuel!

 

At only 200 bhp and 17 psi? Strange..

 

who said i was on 200bhp?! since i was last rollerd at 200bhp! ive had piper t285cam,rad tec cooler and boost upped to 17psi!! and i dont wanna even hazard a guess at what power im doin now!
