Default Mk2 ambers vs Mk3 smoked

Im sure you guys have had this descussion before but im trying to make my mind up here.
At the mo i have clear front indicators as im not too overly keen on the front ambers as i think it looks too much, the clears go well with the huge original ford lamps in my opinion.
smoked side repeaters and the original ambers on the back and i just cant make my mind up to keep the ambers or fit smoked with the numberplate surround, i did like the look of the smoked and surround when i had my 4bee but another part of me is screaming "KEEP THE ORIGINAL AMBERS ON THE BACK OF THIS ONE!!!" lol but the car is flint and the ambers do stick out like a sore thumb, it is how ford intended it to be and i agree i do like the look of the car with no numberplate surround BUT!! im torn between the two.

So im just wondering what other peeps think on this one, shal i leave the car as it is or fit the smoked.

This might not be much help, but I change my mind on lights more often than I change my underwear.

I've had both on mine which is Crystal Blue, and both suit it down to the ground. I've got ambers front and rear at the mo, and if the mood takes me, I can refit my smoked and clear ones in 10 minutes. I'd suggest have both, and change them as the mood takes you.

Whatever you do, don't mix and match as it just looks nasty.

Yes i agree with you there cozmeister, i too had an e plate crystal blue saff and i liked both the ambers and the smoked on the car, the ambers went well with the blue in my opinion and it still looked in place with the smoked, but the flint is more of a dull colour and the ambers do stick out a bit more on the car, and i think that the smoked look nice with flint but it is a mk2 after all, oh god i dont know lmao

Personally I would keep the ambers, as they are much brighter, than smoked lenses/lights.
I took smoked off my car and the number plate surround found itself in the bin also.
Losing the surround also gives me room for my strobe/breakdown lights either side of the shortened no plate as well.
I like as far as poss styling wise to look std.
