Hi all im looking into fitting a dump valve, i know ppl say it cant be done but i have an idea, first buy a low psi valve about 5psi adjust/replace spring to lower it to hopefully 1psi if the valve still doesn't work i could then buy a Spiramax "supercharger" i fan in the induction pipe that will give a kick of about 2psi then hopefully i should get a dumpvalve sound im gunna spend £200 trying to do ill keep people posted on how it goes.

If any one has any ideas please tell.

i totally forgot about this post, i took you advice and didn't bother, any how i heard this was printed in Performance Ford, dont know if it was or not, any ways, i got my self a bigger CC car now, there are things about like Exhaust whistles but i dont bother looking into it looks a bit crap.

not being funny but you can buy dump valves for non turbo cars! (not that i ever would!) they hook up to your battery i think? thers a local car shop thats got them up here.

u can get something for non turbo cars that makes it sound like it has a dump valve, there about £150 its a speaker that go's in your engine bay, with a pre recorded dump valve noise and it goes off when u lift the accelerator pedal, heres the site www.saber-edv.com , somebody was on a bout it on another forum, i wasnt lookin, honest
