not me but the cam timing, just put a new cam in like for like swap and something must have moved as its a bit flat on the power now, going to book it in for a setup at Nobles probably make 400 this time lol but will be happy with 200.

That will move the power band up in the rpm range making the car laggy.

 

Best get it set up then and see what happens.

It's retarded in relation to the zero spot, but there is no way of knowing what the zero means unless you have measured it.
