Well ive now sold my two RS turbos which means ive freed up some money to crack on with the cos.
Bought it a few months ago. Shes got a full service history, and is standard except for..
Stage 1 tune
lowered
rear 4x4 saph brakes
mint ravern leathers
not gonna ruin it by sticking a load of non original bits on, but im not one for standard cars
Heres how she looks..

I then put diamond cuts on it..

as much as theyre a winning formula or saphs, they wanted a refurb and i thought if im spending all that money id rather get some motorsport wheels. So got these new shape 8x17 mo's

Which ive now done in anthracite
will paint insides at somepoint but ran out..

And heres how she goes. just a quick vid of me testing the lsd..

Gave Piero at xpower a ring and ordered up new headgasket, plugs, cambelt etc. and got group A filter from Woodford. Ive also got an rs500 splitter on order from xsport, but im still waiting for that

Also got a 60mm airtec rs500 cooler to fit

ive also ordered brand new header tank and mudflaps from ford
Im waiting on a full set of black roose hoses that bad boy rs off here is sorting out for me
and ive got a rear diff off of v man off here to fit. as mine isnt spinning both wheels properly and is acting like a non lsd, and we cant be having that
The cars now sat in my mates workshop..

heads been off, inspected and put back on with all new bits. shes had a recent rebuild as you can still see the honing marks in the walls
which is a nice suprise. however shes a 205 block, far as im aware g reg 2wd's should have 200's? ah well not gonna lose any sleep over it.
had a quick clean up..

and now fitted and timed up..

having a slight problem now shes running, see here..

hopefully a minor, a quick call to xpower and i should have new cam bearings by friday, which im hoping will cure it.
Got loads of plans for her but just wanna get her running and on the road first!
in the mean time, heres a pic of my mates new alsation Bruno, hes awsome. also see if you can find the lizard in one of the above pictures

She looks perfect mate!
Can't wait to see her in the flesh!
As far as I know, only the 4x4's and Escorts came with the 200 blocks from factory.
How much power are you ideally after?

Gary - Cheers bro. Engine wise id like a strong stage 3 on greys around 380bhp on a t34 (Pauls to be exact
lol)
Was thinkin NMS gunship and staying on the t3 as ive heard great things about they way these conversions drive. and only about Ł400 inc set up too. But think id still want more power.
I keep thinkin bout that swap you suggested, Yours in White could look smart
Rick - Sheldons just chillin in the pic, keep looking
My cams are sound so no rush but would b good to hav them in the spares, Pop over for a gossip soon mate.
Scotty - cheers pal
Paul - Yeh mate we got the Oxford RS club day at cotswold wildlife park weeknd after this one
apparently quite a lot of clubs comin and i want mine finished and there. should come to that

Wanna swap cars Ram?!!
You'd definately enjoy a T38 and greys or Siemens on there! Pauls goes very well now. Once the clutch stops slipping anyway!!!
I desperately want mine out now!!

Update time
Well its first proper outing since doing all the engine work went without a hitch.. ragged it around ace cafe and back home and she was all good. clutch is slipping now on boost in high gears but i wanted to fit a paddle anyway.
my mates took a pic and some vids of me being a hooligan
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-qaSkcTbnw

Well ive Fitted rs500 splitter, Which i stupidly ordered one for a 3door not a saph.. but i made it fit with some persuation

Fitted my headlight wipers, Along with the RS500 cooler which i think finishes the front end off

Fitted my grp a filter, camcover and chrome strut tops. only thing left for now is a proper breather set up and to fit my chrome amal valve bracket. then im gonna forget about the bay until i take the car off road for the winter. just wanna enjoy it now

got an oil cooler to fit that was in the skip at work as it has a tiny ding in it but doesnt leak. need aeroquip fittings for it though so wont be going on anytime soon..

Painted all calipers in silver and fitted blue centre caps, i got brand new chrome ones for it but just cant decide which to use..

Gave it a proper bufty on the weekend.. As usual 10 points if you can spot where my Lizard sheldon is hiding
She was looking rather filthy after the rainy journey home from classic ford day..

So i jet washed her down, gave her a claybar session as i hadnt done this car yet..

The jetwash even got the vans looking good after trashing them at Isle of Wight festival

And gave her a layer of wax..

'RST Cabby' came over in his cowboy boots and couldnt bare to see my exhaust not shining so got cracking with the autosol

And I even waxed up my door shuts..

Only plan at the mo is to get a 6paddle when i get paid this friday and get that fitted and get back out to enjoying it. oh and i need some new rear tyres too
lol

Love the car mate.I think the dimond cut wheels look better though.Did you have to modifie the boost hoses for them to fit on the intercooler or did they just fit on perfect.

Cheers for the comments lads
Glenny boy - the hoses fitted straight on as this is a direct fit radtec one. i was tempted to go for an ebay cheapy but i knew they needed modding to correct the inlet/outlet size so didnt bother.
