Default Mk4 XR3I EFI Running Lean?

Following MOT my CO is 0.211 & HC=1037
I have been advised that the CO is too low probably pushing the HC up.
What could cause lean running EFI CVH and what are the possible fixes?
Thanks

Should be running 1.25%. You need to adjust the CO adjustment pot

Anti-clockwise. You can hear revs rise and fall as it moves between rich and lean. get it at the mid point where revs drop off. You still need to have it checked, so its worth giving your local garage a drink just to get a reading. Mine has never been far out. hope this helps
