The advantage of a roller bearing turbo is the faster spool up time. T34 is a good all round turbo.

GT2871 52 trim, will be about 350 at the flywheel with 20 psi accoring to the compressor map.

For over 400bhp at the flywheel?

If you are talking one of the bigger 28s, then yes im sure it can, but I still think a GT30 is a better choice though as it will do it far more easily and almost certainly with lower EGT's

Totally depends on the rest of the spec, but on a standard YB for example you tend to gain about 20bhp from the bigger housing.

Ive not built or mapped that configuration of engine so would be guessing.

Things like compression ratio, and what manifolds you use, and what exhaust you use, will all have a bearing though, as will where the cams are timed in of course!

The turbo itself works very well at 350ish though, so thats what I would expect to see comfortably if you get the rest right.

True, but pushing a turbo off it's map is the way to get the best reponse and performance, but obviously with reduced life span. Unless you're an OEM, choosing a turbo based on the the compressor map and your desired power isn't the way to go.

Look at a T34 compressor map, the GT28 56 trim flows a fair bit more than that, and they have done 400hp plus many many times.
