try ringing milltek directly, dont bother with puma greed.
other then that try blueflame, or mongoose e.t.c.

they should all be the same bore really, but places like blueflame can make up a custom one for you if it doesnt match

i ran a sports cat on my focus 1.6 se and the management light came on a couple of times but i just disconncted the battery for half hour to reset it, only done it twice in 6 months and didnt do it again...
the piper sports cat had a larger bore found this out when i put the standard cat conv back on to the piper cat back, because i bought the sports cat and cat-back as a complete unit so didnt notice it.
hope this helps, ran a four branch tubular aswell with heat wrap was rather raspy and pops like a goodun
and both cats fitted to standard manifold no problem

Do you need a sports cat if your getting a cat-back to pass a MOT because I'm thinking of getting a miltek cat-back for my 2.0.

no a sport's cat isnt needed a standerd cat should be fine whith most cat back exhuasts, i just want 1 to free a little more power and also i am not happy whith the exhuast loudness from the miltek cat back i feel for my taste it needs to be abit louder i also like it when you here pops, the note is nice but it sound's a bit stock, you should be ok for a sports cat you have a 2L, im really strugeling to find one at the moment it look's like i need a custom 1 that seem's to be the only answer

well i just had a kick in the ball's basically my cat is in the manifold so if i was going to do it i might aswell buy the miltek manifold and cat but at around £700 for them to go on a 1.6 to me its pointless as there isnt much power to be gain from it, so all im going to buy is a induction kit what do pepole think to this viper induction kit top left
http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Perfor...ries/564/28649

if not then can anyone recomend a good induction kit for me cheers

Pipercross Viper is a sealed unit so generally is not very loud, if you want noise you want an open type filter, foam or mesh. But for performance a K&N panel filter is the way to go. If you have a resonator on your air box you can remove this to give the induction noise
