hello all

im new here to passionford been playing with rs turbos now for donkeys years

had 5 s2s and believe it or not they have all been red

bought a new project off ebay after having a break for about 2 years and am hoping to get it completed for the shows this year

unfortunaly there was more work entailed than the seller described so all hands on deck to get it done

anyways nice meating you and if i can be of assistance to anybody feel free to ask

I'm preatty new to computers and can't work out how to get photos from my camera on here I will ask the wife tonight

rover inlet

mtx 75 with quaife atb

alot of the work has already been done but tbh I'm not happy with alot of it
the shell was described as mint and I have since had to put a battery tray in it

first steps where to strip everything down and inspect and redo what I think is nessiary to make it 100% for my own piece of mind

suppose I can't really grumble tho as I had 4k worth of reciepts of new parts that are with it

and I bought it all for a bargain price of £2000

Ecu and turbo where not included in the price tho I have since purchased them

Still lots left to do tho and time is the problem

Thats a great spec!! Must be pushing 350-400bhp with good mapping surely?!

 

Not sure tbh will be happy with 300 it's being mapped at torque of the devil on the 14th off this month so just trying to get it ready might have rebook for a later date as I'm busy with work etc But fingers crossed,

 

i would want well over 400hp with a spec like that.

 

Not with standard cams and a rover inlet surely?

 

yes ,my engine in still on standard cams and rover inlet with a smaller turbo and will do over 400hp.

 

Oh will have to wait and see then I have been looking at area six cams but fought I would just get it mapped then get cams next time it goes for mapping

as said you spec should piss 300bhp with out breaking a sweat. well done on the bargain

 

as promised here are some pics still a long way off finished pics are still showing the t34 that came with it fitted as still awaiting gt30 to turn up
