Great win for Tom C and it's been a long time coming for both him and for all the guys at Team AON... great drive from Tom O-C from 9th to 3rd as well.

Fingers crossed they can keep the podiums coming in race 2 and 3!

great news, i didn't think turbo's where n till next season though, is it a loophole because there using lpg? i havn't had a chance to watch any coverage yet.

 

Apart from fuel what will be the differance's between the BTCC and the WRC engines? Don't the WRC engines run about 320 ish bhp? Also why is the styling between the two cars so different? Regulations?

they won the v8 supercars race today out here so one in the eye for holden ahahaahhh go the fords . yesterdays mini race had a spectacular crash with one of the mini's sliding down the track on it's roof then barrel rolled through the sandtrap then over the barrier and catch fence into the croud no one was badly hurt thank fook just a few cuts and bruise's

 

Chilton has been stripped of his win in race 2 for being underweight. Will have to start race 3 from the back of the grid

I just did some research and answered my own question, does beg the question why more cars aren't using the alternate fuel seeing as it allows you to use a turbo!
