ok just done a bit more digging around and it turns out its not a t38 its a escort cosworth stage 1 hybrid s115 t35/.55 good for 400bhp so need a rebuild on the above unit not a t38. new seals and bearing any one no if i can have it machined to fit a roller bearing put in it or best off with just 360 degree race spec bearing. last month it was clutch so went a bit made rebuilt the diff gearbox new flywheel and diff mounting now turbo just when i though i was getting on top of it o well

Don't forge if your changing turbo spec you need a new chip to suit, didn't think a 55 would go that far???

 

Second CR Turbos and as said about the chip as the exhaust housing is critical to the software. Not sure if you could squeeze 400HP without pushing it very hard more like a true 380HP I should think, know with a .63 400HP+ is possible.

would like to change the .55 to .63 housing really just been looking for one but they are stupid money on ebay was thinking of putting one on when its getting rebuilt at work also would like to use a air injector any one no whats involved got to put it back on the rolllers after as the turbo was stalling due to bearing going on turbo
