Default FAO i-pod owners/users...

Ive just had a i-pod,and i have to say THEY ARE THE BEST THINGS EVER INVENTED!!!!!!!

Havnt even used me mobile phone today!!!

Ok,my question is,when you put your songs on i-tunes,to transfers over to your i-pod,is there anyway,to take them off your pc,but not loose them off the pod itself?????

I have ALOT of music that i want to put on my i-pod,but when ive put tunes on my pc,and then the pod,if i delete them off my PC,when i put my pod back in the docking bay,it wips them off there too!!!!

Is there anything i can do???? Cus my PC wont be able to store ALL the music i wanna put on it,but i REALLY want the tunes on the i-pod?!

Pete...

yes sort of

the ipod works as standard as a synchroniation device so as you say you have a library and you just copy the bits accross

what you need to do is in itunes right mous click the ipod (when its connected )

select options

then you somewere in there maybe 2nd tab it will be set to automaticall manage music

if you set this to manually manage music you can copy tunes to the ipod as you wish and delete them off pc but then you will allways have to manually add songs onto you ipod one by one
