Default Fuel Pump

Hi all

Well my fuel pump has given up on me and its time to change for a new one.

I was thinking about buying one of these ones?

Anyone have an opinion? My car is a 2.0 ZVH running 14psi if that helps.

Cheers

Im assuming a standard Sapphire Cosworth fuel pump is a "Bosch 044" that I keep reading about when using the search function?

Would the one in the link below just a straight swap, no fuss with fixing etc?

standard cossie pump is -941, no 044. -941 fits straight, -044 needs a ''fitting kit'' for inlet or outlet, i can't remember

The 044 (last 3 digits of the part number) is a 500+ bhp capable pump. A standard sapphire pump will supply for about 380bhp. The standard Turbo pump is being pushed a bit in the high 200s.

The bottom one of the 2 is ok for what you want as matt lewis doesn't sell shit, ring him and tell him your spec and he will tell you what pump you need

im having problems with my 1.8 zvh. it comes onto boost and dont accelerate much at all. the boost holds at 10psi and does not drop off. the fuel pump is very very noisy as soon as its switched on. just wondering could this be a fault with the pump too?

sorry to intrude on your post with my problem kyle
