cossie spark plug removel
just goint to change plugs on my saff number 3 dont want to come out i dont want to strip the thred has any one had same prob if so how did you get around it at mo i have been doing it have a turn then leaving it 10 seconds then half a turn but its getting harder and yes lewis i am turning it the right way

wd40 it and leave it for 20 mins and then tighten it a little then try un doing it then just keep tightening and loosening if that dont work expect to strip something just take ya time and dont rush it

miss fire gone m8 but going to rip it apart it started smoking when i took her out this mornin and it got worse so going to do cam belt h/g and oil sills fooking cars

im no expert mate but every time ive seen grey/white smoke its been the head gasket or the head but also they have always lost water so i cant help ya there

the head has to come off for valve stem seals
a turbo seal kit is only 70 bones worked on lewis's too
