What's the difference between Escort Cossie and 4x4 Saph steering racks?

Over the weekend, I was chatting to a guy that was telling me that an Escort Cosworth steering rack would be a worthwhile upgrade for a 4x4 saph but I thought all the running gear was the same?
I've looked in the Burton catalogue and they do indeed have a different part number so there must be some differences.
Anybody know the score with these?

as far as I'm aware there isn't, just make sure you get a propper cossie rack that is 2 1/4 turns lock to lock and not a xr4x4 rack which is the same but has 2 3/4 turns and no lock stops fitted which will cause the wheels to hit the inner arch.

I thought the same mate, the guy I was chatting to reckoned that the escort rack makes the steering feel sharper and more responsive but I thought they were all the same, I just don't know why the part numbers are different.
I'll give Burtons a bell in a bit and see what they say!

Racks should be exactly the same, I came accross this a while ago and i can't remember why they had different part numbers, i think it was either for stock reasons or something to do with the track rod ends, something trivial anyway!
