192.com seems to show the info but hides the address. You can buy credits but thought i'd check other options here.

Can you see the electoral roll in a local library? Even our small village one?

your local library has a copy of the electoral roll, you will need to know the persons name and roughly where they live. Its free to search it but if you use 192.com it costs about Ł11 for 5 searches. Expensive I know but worthwhile if your persuing money through court proceedings etc.

I dont use that pish. It's my cousin's bebo login. I googled the guys name and up pops an unlocked bebo page!

He might not come up on the electoral roll as you can opt out of the info being sold.

I paid 192 a long time ago and never got the info that I needed.

They kept the money for the other credits as I didn't use them in a set period of time.
