does anyone know wot would happen if my knock sensor was disconnected on my rst?

A lot of tuned RSTs disconnect the knock sensor. Better it stays connected tho unless set up properly

yes, and karl will back me on this

if the knock sensor is disconnected, it will detect permanent knock thus massive retard of ignition and prolly a 1.6 NA will beat ya?

however, to remove knock sensor issues i experienced, remove the WHOLE knock sensor, leave it connected and wrap in a bubble wrap
