I for one want one of these damn things, and I'm waiting for the Keynote on the new iPhone HD/4G.

Was hoping I could pick up an iPad in a week or so, but eBay prices seem a bit OTT.

Yes I will use it, primarily for web browsing. Latest gadget? No.

3G iPhones do dan, 2G dont, i know, cos im still using a 2G

 

MMS was a late update last year to 3G phones then of course the 3GS had it as standard.

Bluetooth will only work with other iphones

 

No root access for a start, if there's enough interest the hacks wont take too long though.

As for the iPad, i think its an expensive piece of wank. Im not against all things apple, i've got an iPhone. However the iPad seems to be far from top of the range, a good quality laptop will do all the ipad can do and more, for less ŁŁŁ.

Cool gadget to have though if the money isn't really a concern and you only intend to be surfing the web/messing about with it.

Got one today, first impression is that it is a twat to hold and try to operate, looks cool and feels nice tho. The iphone should have the same metal back.

its sort of true about apple products,,,,,,, BUT the fact is they DO tend to improve them ALOT as far as being usable goes

look at how much easier it is to use a MP3 player,,,, fuck knows how people used ones without screens ect,,,,,, the iphone,,,,, again alot more functions that EVERYONE can find a use for,,,,, even down to text messages that are a conversation so you dont get a random text without remembering the conversation or have a clue what they are flapping on about

well ive not seen it,,,, till my mates iphone had it then every other company copied the idea,,,,,, also it can adjust the volume on my mac laptop meaning it can be used as a stereo with itunes and remote,,,,,, thats actually your phone

you try and do that with a samsung phone or a nokia ( personally i hate nokias)

 

Must say, I've never looked at my phone and though, "Hmm, I wish I could control my computer with that!" That's what I've got a mouse for :P
