How do you disconnect the cable from the rear caliper?

remove the small clip from where it goes into the main body of the caliper, then on the hook thing where it attaches theres an oval slot, use a decent flat blade screwdriver and twist the hook back to give you slack to remove it

make sure you undo the tension first from the adjusters aswell

its a bastard. i did similar as above, used some grips on spring then pryd the cable off with screwdriver

Had a pop at it earlier and thought it was a bastard! Didnt succeed, thats why im here!

I un-wound the adjuster from the underside of the centre of the car and then they just came out of the caliper. was pretty easy to do, didnt take long.

its easier with a extra set of hands,
the will be a easy way but i havnt found it!!!
