Default idle problem

Hi my 4x4 started to idle rough a few weeks ago and i have checked all sensors resistance and volts all are within spec even the tps moves freely without hesitation i have removed the throttle housing and cleaned it as well as the iscv all boost and vac hoses are fine the problem seems to be when trying to set the base idle i run the car to the right temp the car runs between 500-600 rpm up to about 1000 rpm when i disconect the iscv the idol stays about 500-600 ish without hunting and when trying to adjust the idle screw after loads of turns the revs suddenly jump up to 1200 -1300rpm and when backing the screw in 1-2mm at a time the revs suddenly drop back to 500-600 tryed it several times i have even removed the screw replaced the o ring and cleaned and found no damage on the screw i did spray brake cleaner into the idle hole with the screw still in while cleaning but at that piont i never had the screw out might be blocked i dont know yet any one had any problems with the throttle housing or have i missed something any ideas please let me know cheers
