Default Rev Counter 1000RPM out

Gents,

I took out the clocks on my 3 door to change the bulbs. When I put it all back the rev counter now rests well below 0 RPM! The rev counter now works, but reads approx 1000 RPM lower than it should.

Does anyone know how to sort this problem?

Thanks in advance.

you must resolder your tachometer. take out your rev counter and resolder all connections on its circuit board. there is cold solder joints. and then you must recalibrate your tach from adjustment potentiometer, on the circuit board. use external rev counter for calibrating your original rev counter.
