Default 4WD boost pressure set and problem

so

I've got a brand new garrett 31 actualor
new bailey DV30 dump (recirculating) and cold mount
T3 is brand new
I've got a stage 2

I take the boost pressure not from the turbo (as original) but on the hose between throttle and intercooler (cold side)

my problem :

I accelerate
arround 3000 3500, pressure is 0,8 and after, pressure will grow 0,1bars each 1000 rpm and finish arround 1,2-1,3 bars
I use the amal valve

if I disconnect amal valve, result is the same (just less boost)

in my mind, when I accelerate, I show have the "max boost" value and after, the car increase rpm and boost will be lower :
pic boost arround 1,3-1,4 and after arround 1,1-1,2
I do not have that

where should I check please

Hi,

Start from the beginning.

Adjust the rod on the actuator so you can see half a moon when putting it on the wastegate. That means, you only give a little amount of preload at the wastegate to help it staying closed off boost.
Then drive the car and see what boostpressure it gives.
After that port the amalvalve jets untill you get your desired boost level.

Hi m8s, would I be correct in stating that max boost could be achieved by removing the jet from the R port of the amal?
