Default Heater only works on setting 4???

My 99 T reg 1.8L Zetec Focus heater has stopped working on settings 1,2,3 but blows out hot air on setting 4. I take it some sort of switch or relay has gone. Can anyone tell me what I have to change please?

Thanks

Finally got round to buying one of these fan resistor switches

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWNX:IT

I took out the radio and heater control panel, but can't find it to replace, anyone have any diagrams or an idea where it's located?

It will be as said the resistor pack that requires replacing, it's located behind the dash and is accessed by dropping the glove box, (Need to squeeze both sides to drop it down) the resistor pack is then on the right hand side.

I replaced the resistor block on my wife's Y reg Focus about a year ago.
Went again 3 months ago.
Blew again yesterday.
Suspect blower fan drawing too much current. Anyone know how to replace it?
