i can not get to the bottom of this problem with my saph, got new plugs, leads, phase sensor and crank sensor, everything is gapped right, and still it's missing when you rev, cuts out when driving slow through town and back fires. The car seems fine on boost and when your driving quick, but hate's driving slow, anyone got any ideas????

There is a room for technical questions & scince you have them every other day you would be better starting a thread then updating it with each & every fault

Trouble is it 'could be' a lot of things, not easy to pin point one particular thing.

Did you gap the sensors? i.e. the phase and crank, did you replace the rotor arm, dizzy cap, is the coil in good working order - earths ok? clean up the multi plugs that run across the back of the engine/bulkhead, any boost/air leaks, wiring to fuel pump ok etc etc

Hey chap, i recon it could be your wiring. check all the wiring loom with the injectors on. they get hot and break down. i've had this happen on 3 of my cossies. easy fix and will save you tons of money.

by the way i make these looms if you want one
