Looks like an xr3i shell ,get the drivers quarter panel looked at in front of the arch looks to be a lot of filler in that ,looking at the pic,good luck with the build

 

call me stupid but how can you tell ints an xr3i shell?

 

what makes me think its a 3i shell is the black around the rear quarter glass, sure that was only on a 3i.
99%sure it didnt ever come on a rst hth

its come from Manchester area,,

its been turbo converted sometime in its life,,

surprisingly its only been off the rd 2 months,, bodywork repairs are pretty rough around the edges shell seems strong enough though,,,

Im fairly local in weeton. Looking to get a tidy turbo/3i myself to use while im rebuilding my 3i cab.

 

driver's side looks like it has 5 kgd of hardmetal mate. IMHO the ONLY option is to baremetal the car.

I've pretty much everything I need. Apart from zetec turbo bits but I'm collecting as I go.

Could do with b pillar trims for cab though? One of mine is cracked. Drivers side I think.
