hello, I have a 1990 mk4 escort which has got RS2000 alloys on it, I needed to get new wheel bolts I got bolts without the free moving spacer/washer.

is that ok to do? I was always under the impression that the washer was there so it wouldnt bite into the wheels?

or are the normal bolts ok to use?
