I watched a couple of them, the Chevy 56 car. I just think theres too many muppets at that place. Theres about 3-4 guys who really know they're stuff. But the rest are just amateurs!

And as for the boss with his "natural" hair colouring

Turns out nice enough, but Id rather watch American Chopper. Least you can see what they're doing.

Rather than jsut arsing about in the shop

 

american choppers is much better than hot rod definatley rich

but still a good programme though

When i was over in the US seen this programme called over hauling!! OMG proper way to do a car. But was told today that its just come out over here on Discovery so keep an eye out for it

Have to agree, saw most of them when they had an all day American Hot Rod marathon over new years over here. I'm surprised they have any business after the 'bluebear' building his own hot rod episodes.

Prefer American Chopper and Biker build off. Get to see a lot more interesting stuff. Every American Hot Rod seems to be the same panic at the last minute with people having to put in stupid hours.
