running about 18psi on high boost, got helix 4 paddle with std clutch plate, only done about 12k on the clutch, is it hard to change the clutch yourself? so i can save money etc.
What would people recommend for holding about 200 bhp and the same in torque.

When my 4 paddle was on it's way out it juddered very badly in traffic also. Remember to have your flywheel re faced/skimmed before you fit the new clutch as well. You'd be supprised the amount of people who don't.
you have done very well to get 12k on it mate i never used to get more than half that. its time for a new one .
Yeah paddle clutches are not designed to last long, there is so little material specialy on the little 3 and 4 puck ones!
An AP Racing CP2000-8 will do perfectly for what you want and will last ages compared to any paddle
Easy enough to change, just need to drop the gearbox, little bit fiddly to get back but ok.

Hi Karlos
I was running with 7 psi boost (with standard engine spec) but after up boost to 12 psi (peaks up to 15 psi) my standard clutch is slipping ocassionally on 4 and 5th gear when I put my foot down the floor on accelerator.......
Do you recommend AP Racing Cp2000-8 for a daily car (occasionally fast running on weekends)??
Do you think Standard clutch will slip again after fit a new one?
I want to fit a clutch better that standard one, but I don´t want to fit a "oversized" clutch for my engine specs......
You said pedal feels heavier but how much heaver it feels, a little heavier???
Regards.
A standard RST running 12psi will make about 155bhp and similair torque so a standard clutch should be fine, I would say yours is worn out.
Or the AP CP2000-15 would be a good alternative, not as heavy as the 8 or 35 but will take a little more torque than a standard clutch

So no needed to make mk5 pedal conversion with AP CP2000-15, is it right??
Where can I buy AP CP2000-15 kit online??
I had check on Burtons but I didn´t see it on CVH engines.......
I´ll make search with reference part...............
Many thanks Karlos!!!!!
