as above im thinking bout converting my van so that it has electric windows and central locking can somebody please advise me whats needed and how difficult this would be?

For CL buy a 4 door locking kit from Maplins, and fit dead easy, works from remote of alarm as well if fitted.
I have never had any trouble with these in around 6-8 years of using, just obviously don't fit one motor, this will be master in each door, so each door will lock/unlock from the button or key, or remotely with alarm if fitted.
As for windows are the doors the same as the 4 door or 2 door version, they should fit, easiest way to wire is through a few double pole switches, easy enough.
