Right my mate has FRST which is fitted with a Escort RST box (for the LSD) but the LSD is gone and keeps locking the box which didnt help and smashed him up the pavement the other day .

One of are mates has a 1.8i Fiesta XR2I (Zetec engine) which he is braking etc.

Will the box from this fit the FRST or not ???

If not what other boxes will fit.

lsd locking wont cause that as they generally break not lock, think its the lay shaft is fooked tbh


oh and the xr2i 16v box should fit but if its a mtx75 box ( doubt it though) then ya gonna have to use the drive shafts, the odd are its still a ib5 though


heres a strange one for ya alexzvhcabrio's longest lasting box for his car was a xr2i box

its def not an mtx5

dont even think its an ib5... pretty sure it will fit though and has similar ratios to a FRST.
