Presumably when you say coil power is ok you mean from the king lead not the supply voltage to it as that means nothing. Should have healthy spark from king lead. If not theres no point opening up dizzy, checking HT leads etc.

Check the dizzy cap for cracks despite it being NEW.

Thats the LT (King lead) what do you mean by you have good power? When this lead is earthed (On good earth not a painted surface, rather likes of unpainted bolt head etc) and engine turned over you should have a spark if not this will be your problem.

You won't have any voltage at king lead unless engine turned over and this will be thousands of volts which your voltmeter woulden't be able to read, I think the plug on side of dizzy you talk about is for the electronic module (Effectively an electronic switch for coil)

You should have +12V to coil one side and the other is switched by above method it's actually when the earth is broken you have power at king lead due to voltage collapse inside coil.

Depending where in Dartford you are I may be able to help you?

Another thing to check is the green wire from the coil as these break.

In that case I reccon the inducive module in the dizzy is faulty or the wiring to/on it or even the coil itself.
