Default Renting question

Found a flat i like i want the flat but wouldnt want to move in till june question is if i pay deposit do you think that will hold it till june when i can move in and start paying rent?

Only if the landlord is are either very stupid or the flat is difficult to get tenants for.

Ask the them and find out, is that not the obvious solution?

Yeah i know that lol but i fancy trying to save Ł900 lol ill ask and see.

Flat rental is a business. They want you to pay their mortgage. So I would doubt very much that they would not want the money off you. Unless you are looking at a shithole that noone wants.
