Mk4 escort steering lock.

Someone must know how these things work? lol

Mine doesnt lock anymore. Key out of the ignition and the steering wheel turns freely??

easy fix?

remove the steering wheel and you might find the pin has snapped off or is jammed

it was just jammed. looked a bit dirty as well. gave a wiggle and a wipe and its all good now.
