I`m after some info on pinto starters. As far as i know they all have 10 teeth pinion gears. Also i believe there is three types: short body small diameter,short body large diameter and the one i need, small diameter long motor.Can anyone tell me what model of car the one i need is off? Cheers.

 

The differences in body will be down to different makes that's all, some may be reduction geared also, but all should fit in each others place, ford use more than one supplier as is std practice for most makers.
