can you adjust the brightness of the dials on a fiesta ST?

as above picked up my ST this afternoon, and was wondering if you can adjust the brightness of the dials?

Yeah the dials are a bit weedy aren't they. Cracking cars but you can feel the cost cutting in the interior.
