bosch 023 intank fule pump, HOW THE HEEL DO YOU FIT IT?
Ive just got the 380 bhp conversion from msd part of which is a bosch 023 in tank fuel pump, i have removed the tank and got the old one out but i cant see any way of fitting the new one unless im missing some bits, i asked at the time of ordering if i needed a fitting kit and was told no if you know your way around a spanner it will be quite obvious what to do when your looking at it, I cant figure it out so wondered if any of you guys may be able to give me some advice

basicly, you need to cut the metal pipe which your std pump connects to on the housing, then use a small length of hose and two clips to connect the 023,
the important bit is to measure the tank depth, and make sure the 023 intake (bottom of pump) is around 5mm from the bottom of the tank, you can adjust this gap by trimming the above pipes.
secure the pump to the housing with a big jubilee clip around it onto the metal pipe.
