As it goes we have just rid of our Kevin the teenager.. problem is he turns 30 soon and has JUST decided to grow up!

see my lil girl is 5 1/2 and pretty much perfect
cool huh, but her cousins are little shits
i put it down to there mother being a twat, dumping them on grandparents all the time and not teaching them things or spending real time with them
worst i get is her wanting to go for bike rides now she learnt to ride a bike and i got her a new 1
shes doing ballet now so shows me what she learns, its great
shes also in classes daily for 6/7 year olds so 1-2 year above her (reading, writing and maths she loves it all)but cant blow this trumpet too much

It's all you 'orrible adults forgetting what it's like to be young. Making them listen to all that shite in the car, and making them doing things you would never have done at there age. Adults forget themselves, and that's the problem.

That's not entirely true. Beccy is 32 and I'm 35, Rosie is 15. Within a year or two, she'll be out of our hair, if I have my way. LOL.

Benni - What you're saying is the wrong way round. I'm young enough to be able to vividly remember my youth and now I'm a parent, it's easy to see how unreasonable I was. Also, your kids moan because you want to know where they are going and when they'll be back, but it's not always because you are being nosey, or even because you care. In our case, the last thing we want is for Rosie to walk in while I'm piling one into her Mum on the sofa.

WE have a right to privacy too, which means that it's not acceptable for her to just come and go as she pleases.
