chassis numbers
i.ve got a 3 door on ebay. A guy has asked a question about chassis numbers. He claims genuine are stamped up and reshells down???

funny. Thats what they said on general discussion lol. So they are stamped both ways are they. Can anyone confirm

i always thought they were stamped down, not sure on the rs500's as ive never seen the floor number, plus i though the floors were double skin so how would they get stamp up

mines 100% genuine and is stamped up but have seen both types on many different 3 doors

Resolved - both ways are possible, though most are stamped up some batches were down.
