Hi, I Currently on a course at college in my first year of mechanics, and I am currently doing an essay on ignition systems. I have choosen to choose an RS Turbo. But I cannot find any info on them what so ever so I was hoping some one would be able to help me lol on getting some info on the RS's ignition system, what type it is and how its works. I would be really greatful if there was some one on here to put me in the right direction.

Rather than concentrate on one model why not do a history of different ignitions systems, from very early magneto's, coil with points, breakerless ignition through to todays wasted spark coil packs, pro's & con's of each?
