GT45???? You are aware that is a 1000bhp turbo????

As you can't get an internally gated GT45 you'll need to run an external wastegate for boost control, the external wastegate take off will need to be integrated into the exhaust manifold. Plus if you are going for a GT45 i strongly suspect you'll need alter its position for clearance... I'd suggest getting a manifold made!

I hope you are upgrading the internals as wouldn't want to bolt that snail to anything thats not a fullly specced engine.

What car is it ?

well what engine is it for a start, its most likely you will need a t6 flange on your manifold with 32mm runners

Personally if it was my car i'd be putting something more T4/GT30 sized on as a single turbo and stock engine, should be nice and responsive as well as making the same power!

Will be horrible to drive imo all the flexibility and sharpness from your twin setup will disappear into thin air with that thing on it.

Other than the fact that a T6 entry flange (for GT42/GT45 frame units) will be on the manifold and a sensible sized turbo will have a flange around half the size...

yea thats no problem as ill make a manifold flange that can be exchanged for others so not too much of a problem, pretty simple set up realy should have it done in the next month or so would be quicker but due to work its finding the time

a gt45 wont hit 10psi on your engine till about 6k id imagine, you will run out of revs before you hit your target boost lol
