here are some pics of under the bonnet of my mates rs1600i
he bought it with the 2.0 zetec allready fitted but running full injection
so he bought a bike carb conversion from bogg brothers and fitted it and i helped him wire it up. it runs a edis 4 setup from a 1.3 escort to run the coilpack.

 

what bike carbs is he running pal? as i was thinking bout banging these on the bonus, is he running the bike pump too?

they are r1 carbs and matching r1 pump. it all comes in the bogg brothers package. as they jet them to run correctly. it all fitted straight up and run perfectly.
the bonus wiring will run it all with no mods.

think it was about Ł600 for the full kit(carbs,inlet manifold,fuel pump,throttle cable,choke cable) and it will work on your wiring dave

 

so they supply the carbs etc...? how long did it take for them to sort
defo the way forward for a budget trackcar

 

think it was only about 2-3 days from paying to him receiving it

Sounds like a very good and cheap conversion to me .

 

should give 30+ extra bhp depending on what spec your runnning. my mate is going to be adding a 4 branch soon and possibly cams and is aiming for about 170-180
