what diagrams did u want guys? i have had some in car electrical problems with the heater blowers, and my dipped lights not working, etc... i used a normal haynes manual for an escort mk5, the fuse board diagrams in the manual are the same because i used it to trace out some bad connections and fixed mine ok, not all things are the same, the rad fans power are diff and main engine stuff, i think i had the manual off ebay for Ł4, worth a look...

p.s them cd manuals aint worth a wank in my opinion...

 

I'm looking for diagrams related to the engine and the "Brian" of the thing.
The other diagrams are of lesser importance,main thing is to get my engine working
again,because it has an intermittent fault with engine cutting out and no rev counter
working.
I've found a lot of diagrams about the Big turbo escos but after months of searching
no diagrams of the Small turbo cossie,which i have,even my Ford dealer does not
know where to find them?!

Any kind of help with enigine related diagrams would be appreciated.

Oh no,that's not my idea of solving problems,although it a good solution to get prepared

GOOD NEWS!!
After renewed contacts,and help from a cossielover i've got in possession of a technical
service manual from ford with a lot of diagrams of the Escort with supplements for
the RS Cosworth '95 EEC IV ECU.
Only one thing,i have to scan all those papers and there are a lot of them,so it can
take a while before someone can ask me for a copy of a section what you need.
So KennyA we will manage without you.

So are we HAPPY??

Oh, a small detail,the tekst of the docs is in Dutch,but if requested i can translate(in separate file) the most relevant words,like sensornames or the like.

I've scanned the diagrams,but it is so differentiated ,and a big file in quality scans(<600M)
that the one who needs a copy will have to PM me and indicate which Electric diagram
you need.

Oke guys,i'v got a DVD with 1Gig of scanned material of the Escos Small turbo,and others with in it a lot of info,diagrams,drawings and the stuff.hundreds of pages!!
The text is in DUTCH,but the diagrams should be self explaining.

Hi guys, I'm looking for a EEC iv & harness for the t25 Escort. I see alot of guys swap them for the weber marelli but no one sells them, anyone can tell me where to find one???

 

I've never seen an new harness for the t25 for sale,i know that Burton sells a motor
harness for the t34 escort and sierra cossie.
I think it will be difficult to find parts for the t25 escort because i have one,and here in
Holland it is very difficult,even in the UK it always more troublesome in comparrison
to parts for the t34.

hello,

i just registred on this forum, but from many years i follow it from time to time.
i have an escort T25 martini and from 2 years i have started a refurbishment.
i had lot of rust under battery wich obliged to replace the complete plate and re-weld.
after that i wanted to overpass 300hp and i decided to take off the EECIV management and replace it by marelli management.
most of marelli parts are in my garage bought day after day.
i have disassembled the electrical wiring but wires are still free and i don't know if i can definitely remove them.
is anybody could give me the electrical wiring diagram for my escort T25 with cosy ecu.
