silvertop zetec cam lifters/followers

rebuilding my head today and ive noticed the lifters/followers are different

8 are hard and are softer which ones go into the inlet and which ones for the exsaust

You should squeeze them out first anyway in a vice, then doesn't matter where they go, they rotate in use so they wear even, unless one sticks but would be very evident by groove worn it it.
