Default Strange isnt it....

How we as humans can get so attatched to something made of metal and plastic, time has come for my car to be scrapped due to MOT failure, been taking off the bits that I want to keep/sell on, but I have had the car 3 years and it is a horrible feeling, ok so it aint no cossie, but its still my car, my pride and joy, served me well over that time, and has moved on leaps and bounds from when I first had it. Strange how it can have such an effect.

Unfortunately not, short of welding another back end on it and thats not how I roll.
Needs both rear chassis legs, both sills, new boot floor, patches to the rear floor pans and most of the joins are going as well so welding to them will be difficult.

Hate scrapping something I've put time and effort into, still, onwards mate, only good things await those that look.

Feel for you mate, never physically scrapped a motor I have been attached to, but I've shed a tear or two over a few cars I've sold.
