Default Cleaning a window with grit stuck on it!?

As title, i noticed the other day when washing the car, on the inside and outside theres a 3" by 3" section of window that feels like sandpaper, not sure what it is but it does move/come off slightly using my finger nail but i cant get it all off properly that way, and ive tried squirting window cleaner onto it and rubbing etc but it just wont shift?

I was thinking clay might work as ive heard it can be used on windows? do you think that would get it off? or any other product i might already have and not thought of?

Cheers

Yes is the answer to your question, and you use lube to 'lubricate' the clay. This helps prevent the contaminants being scratched against the surface.

If you have no knowledge on the subject or can't even grasp the basic concept I'd advise you not to trouble your pretty little face about it and get your mum to do it for you.

P.S Next time I won't bother you plonker!

Most of what i read from you is sarcastic etc, hence thinking you were taking the piss, i do understand what you mean now though, lube as in slightly water down car wash, or straight car wash, or actual clay lube itself.

So yes i do have some knowledge thanks

If you buy the Autoglym Clay Kit every thing is inside the box as to what you need and also you could try the super resin polish from Autoglym
